Do you know what Austria’s national sport is? Damn right, it’s skiing and it would be a pity to do an exchange in our beautiful country without at least having tried to balance yourself on two wooden sticks (or one if you’re on the dark side with the cookies a.k.a. a snowboarder). This is why we created the ESN A.L.P.S. - Action - Leisure - Party - Ski for you!

However, for us Austrians spending a day on the snowy slopes is only part of the skiing experience. When the ski lifts close around 4pm, Austrians often passionately engage in something called Aprés Ski – something you surely wouldn’t want to miss out on!

From 28.3. - 30.3. exchange students from all over Austria will gather in Mölltal, a true glacier with skiing slopes, to spend an incredible weekend full of skiing, party and fun!

• Transport from your city to the hotel

• Check-in & getting your ski equipment

• Finally time to ski/snowboard the whole day

• At noon group photo

Neither the Erasmus Student Network (ESN), ESN Austria, the sections of ESN Austria, the Austrian Students’ Union (ÖH), the Students’ Union at any Higher Education Institution, nor the organizers of this event in person, are in any way liable for accidents or other damage occurred during the trip. In case of damage, ESN Austria has the right to keep the collected deposits from the people responsible for the damage. A third party may invoice the costs for the damage, which have to be covered by the perpetrator. Unless the amount of collected deposit covers the total costs, additional costs have to be covered by the people responsible. If no perpetrator can be found or a crime has been committed, the police has to be informed. Every participant is responsible for themselves. We also exclude any liability concerning lost baggage and/or valuables.

We can withdraw from the contract without delay if a participant lastingly disturbs the carrying out of the trip or if unforeseeable circumstances like natural phenomena, strikes or severe illness of the organizer force us to do so. Benefits not taken advantage of are non-refundable.

By purchasing a ticket I agree that I have read the conditions above and understood them. Furthermore I confirm that:

• participation is at one’s own risk

• pictures taken during this event can be published, distributed and/or made otherwise publicly available;
• pictures sent to the Organization Committee can be freely used for promotional purposes.
